I'm curious if anyone has successfully managed to get a refund or credit from Milwaukee Tool for their first-generation backpack sprayer. It seems like they should be offering some kind of credit towards either the second-generation sprayer or the M12 sprayer. My sprayer worked decently for about two years with regular use, but now I need to replace a wand assembly, and they don't even have spare parts available, which is really frustrating.

A bit off-topic, but I recently tried the Ego sprayer. It seems pricey, but man, it’s a powerhouse. Just thought I’d throw that out there in case you’re considering other options! Milwaukee’s definitely got some issues.
I totally get your frustration! My experience with the Gen 1 switch tank was a nightmare—leaked chemicals on my back while working more times than I can count. I wouldn’t go near the Gen 2. Milwaukee really dropped the ball on quality with these products.
I hear you! We've had bad luck too—none of our Milwaukee handheld sprayers worked straight out of the box. Makes you wonder about their quality checks. Have you looked into alternatives? I switched to a Spraymate with the M18 adapter from Home Depot. It’s been solid for a couple of months now! 4 gallons is a lot to haul around, but at least it works well.
