I've got a drill and an impact driver that use 20V batteries, but I haven't touched them in a few months. Recently, one of the batteries died and won't charge anymore. I'm hoping to find the best way to store these batteries, so they don't die on me again. I had one battery attached to a tool while the other one was in the bag, but I forgot which one is no longer working. Any tips? Thanks!

If you've had them through a rough winter, consider making a warranty claim or getting the dead battery rebuilt if it's cheaper than a new one. For the next winter, bring the batteries inside to keep them warm.
