I have a small Edwardian style condo built in 1919 and while I plan to do some simple DIY projects like picture hanging and shelving, I also want to add some decorative trim like crown molding and chair rails. I'm setting up a sewing studio, which may involve adjusting IKEA furniture or building some custom stuff from scratch. Space is limited, so I'm considering tools that allow for compact designs, like foldable table tops. Here's what I have so far: a drill, jigsaw, circular saw, and a few other essentials.
