I'm looking to break down sheets of plywood using a track saw and some rigid insulation for support. I'm trying to decide if I can use a 2' x 4' Bora Centipede or if I really need the larger 4' x 6' version. What do you think?

You could go with the full size, or just use rigid insulation on the ground—it works just fine for breaking down 4' x 8' sheets. Personally, I stick to the ground method because it saves money!
If you're working with a full sheet, I highly recommend going for the 4' x 6' model. Use a sheet of 2" rigid foam as a sacrificial top to ensure that the plywood stays fully supported and flat. You don't want it sagging at the ends while you're cutting—safety first!
Definitely opt for the full-size Centipede. Track saws are generally safe, but when you're cutting at waist height without proper support, they can get pretty dangerous.
