I'm looking for ways to secure an exterior door so it can't be opened from the inside. Right now, it has a regular handle and a deadbolt. I'm considering some options, but I want to avoid cutting or drilling into the door if possible. This door leads to a second-floor balcony, and we're currently renovating that area, so it's a bit risky with a drop of about 10 feet to concrete. You might want to look into a mechanical keyless door handle. We have one at home, and it requires a code to operate from either side.
