Unique Bluetooth Speaker Ideas for a Teacher’s Classroom

My wife has just secured her first teaching job as a 4th grade teacher, and she'd love to have a Bluetooth speaker in her classroom to play soft background music during reading time or quiet activities. I was thinking of making her one using a Rockler 2 speaker kit, but I'm struggling with a design. Instead of a plain box, I'd like to create something that fits the school theme and works as classroom decor without overtly looking like a Bluetooth speaker. Any creative suggestions?

How about designing a speaker that looks like a school bus? You could make the speakers resemble the wheels! It could be a fun addition to the classroom and fit right in on a shelf. Just be cautious about the size based on the speaker kit you're using. Would love to see how it turns out if you go that route!

I actually considered a school bus design but was worried it might be too big. I'll experiment with it in SketchUp to visualize. Thanks for the idea!

Have you thought about incorporating the school mascot into the design? It could be a neat way to connect it to the school's theme. Or maybe design it based on whatever the 4th graders are currently studying? Just a few ideas to play around with!

That's a great suggestion! I hadn't thought about the mascot, though it could be a tough design challenge. Appreciate the input!
