I ordered a saw and battery deal early in the morning, but by mid-afternoon, my order was canceled. I wasn't able to pick it up until after work and ended up spending about 45 minutes on the phone with both customer support and my local store. They all said there was nothing they could do. It seems corporate instructed them to cancel all orders associated with that deal. I asked if there was a glitch or hack that caused the unexpected pricing, but they insisted it was just a mistake made on their end. I feel it's unfair to just cancel orders without support staff being able to help customers when they get upset. Has anyone else experienced this, and do you know of anyone at Lowe's who can actually help resolve this?

I actually ordered the same deal from another retailer and it shipped without any issues! Might be worth checking out other stores like Home Depot if you're considering alternatives.
I had a similar experience but found some luck by going into the store directly. I had a 5Ah/2 tool deal ready for pickup and ended up spotting a signage issue that they honored. I twice got the deal for $198 plus tax! So maybe check your local store and see if there's any clearance or special displays to take advantage of.
You're definitely not alone in this situation! I've heard from several others whose orders got canceled as well. It's frustrating when you're anticipating a good deal and things just fall through.
I spoke to an employee who said they canceled about 30 orders today! Seems like a major mess.

Did you get confirmation from them that your order shipped?
