Can I Move My Marigolds in My First Garden?

Hey everyone! I recently started my first garden and I'm learning as I go. I began with just one tomato and one eggplant, but in my excitement, I ended up buying a raised bed and tossing in a bunch of plants without a solid plan. I remembered to plant marigolds around my tomato to help with pests, but now I'm wondering if I should have spaced them out to better attract pollinators. Is it possible for me to dig up the marigolds and move them around now, or should I just treat this as a learning experience for next time? Also, I'd love any tips you might have for a newbie like me. I'm really enjoying this gardening journey!

Tomatoes are actually wind-pollinated, so a cage around your plant will help support it and let the wind do its job. You don’t need to worry too much about pollinators for tomatoes! They do just fine on their own.

Thanks for the heads up! I didn’t realize that. I’ll make sure to get a cage.
