Why Does My Aloe Vera Seed Keep Dying?

I've been trying to grow Aloe Vera from a small pre-made pot that came with seeds. I know they don't need much water and love sunlight, so I thought I was doing everything right, but I've only been able to get a tiny sprout that died after three months. Am I just really bad at this?

Totally feel you on this! Sprouting seeds can be really tricky, and Aloes can be picky with their environment. Have you considered starting with a more forgiving plant from seeds while picking up a small Aloe plant to enjoy? It might boost your plant-parent spirit!

Same here! I’m experienced and even I struggle with growing succulents from seeds. It's super frustrating. My trick is to keep them in a semi-enclosed environment, just remember to let it breathe occasionally. Good luck with your next attempt!

You're definitely not dumb! Growing plants from seeds can be really challenging, especially for beginners. I recommend getting a young, established Aloe plant instead of starting from seeds. It’ll be much easier and you can have better success as you build your confidence.
