I received a text from someone asking for sod installation services. He mentioned that he's on base and wants to quickly move his wife into a house that he apparently just bought. However, there's still a 'for sale' sign in front of the house, and it's actively listed on the MLS. It's only been up for three days. I'm feeling suspicious about this situation. Should I be cautious, or is there something I might be missing here?
