I'm getting ready to send in two tools for repair, but I don't have the receipts or proof of purchase. They're both under three years old and should still be covered by the warranty. Does anyone know how long the warranty repair process usually takes? Also, has anyone ever had their warranty claim denied for not having a receipt? If so, what happened?

Generally, it takes about a week or two without a receipt since they go by the manufacturing date for the warranty start. I sent back a few batteries without receipts, and I got replacements within two weeks! So you shouldn't worry too much.
The turnaround can depend on how far you are from the repair center. In my case, they fix the tool the same day it arrives, and it typically takes about three days for it to get there. Including the weekends, I usually see about a ten-day turnaround. They don’t communicate with you after fixing it until it’s delivered back, though, which is a bit odd!
From my experience, it usually takes about two weeks from start to finish. I sent in a tool without a receipt and had no issues at all. So, you should be fine!
You actually don't need a receipt! The warranty is linked to the serial number on your tools. Just make sure those serial numbers are readable on the stickers. I also write them inside the battery compartment just in case they wear off.

That's true! The warranty is tied to the manufacturing date on the tool. My Home Depot has some tools in stock that are from **2022**, and companies usually honor the warranty based on that.
