What Can I Use in the UK to Get Rid of Crabgrass?

I've got a huge crabgrass problem in my garden this year and I'm looking for effective ways to tackle it. I know in the U.S. they use quinclorac, but it's not available in the UK and importing it seems impossible. Has anyone had any luck with other methods or products to eliminate crabgrass? Thanks for any help!

It sounds like a lot of effort, but once you dig it up, it's usually gone for good. I know it's a hassle, especially if you have a lot of it, but it might be your best bet.

Honestly, the best way to deal with crabgrass is to dig it out before it flowers. It doesn't spread like some other grasses, so tackling it manually can be really effective if you stay on top of it.

Yeah, I hate to say it, but digging it out seems to be the consensus. Once it's out, you won't have to worry about it anymore!
