I've recently installed new cabinet fronts in my kitchen, but I've run into an issue where the screws securing the hinges occasionally pop out of the wood. The frame is existing and there's limited space for longer screws. Does anyone know of a reliable epoxy or some material I can use in the screw holes to help them stay in place?

If the holes are really worn out, consider drilling them out a bit more and filling them with hardwood pegs and glue. After they're set, drill a pilot hole just right for the screws. It's a bit of extra work, but definitely makes for a stronger hold than before.
I've had decent luck with white glue—it works similarly to Loctite. There are these U-shaped pipe hangers with holes for screws that can help hold things together more securely. If you're looking for something at Home Depot, check out Spax MDF screws; they have a fantastic thread that keeps things tight.
A simple fix is to take some wooden toothpicks, glue them into the screw holes, and then snap them off flush with the surface. This will give the screws something solid to grip into when you reinstall them.
