I'm looking for recommendations on low-light houseplants that I can keep in my room. My windowsill is super tiny, so I need small plants. I deal with chronic fatigue and tend to keep my blinds drawn most of the time, but I'm open to letting in some light for a few hours if necessary. I'm really craving some greenery indoors since the weather where I live is too humid and rainy to start a garden right now.

For your situation, I'd suggest looking into ZZ plants or Aglaonema Silver Blue. They can survive with just a few hours of natural light, though they might not thrive or grow much. If you’re planning to expand your plant collection beyond your bedroom, getting a grow light with a timer could be a great investment. That way, you can give them about 12 hours of light a day!

Thank you! I think I’ll skip having one in my room and go for a grow light instead. That really helps!
