It seems like your driveway is in good shape. If you want it to have that nice black finish, you could easily do it yourself with sealant and a squeegee. Just slap on a couple of coats for better durability!
Honestly, your driveway looks pretty decent to me! Unless there are hidden structural issues or bigger cracks that aren't visible, I’d say resurfacing might just be enough to handle the aesthetic problems.
