How Can I Get Rid of Dandelions Without Killing My Clover?

I'm dealing with a lawn that's full of dandelions, but I really want to keep my clover intact. Is there any weed killer available that can help me out, or do I need to consider other options? Any tips would be appreciated!

You might have to stick to handpicking them. Any chemical spray available will likely target all broadleaf weeds, including clover.

Honestly, there isn’t a weed killer that can target dandelions without affecting clover. Back in the day, clover was seen as a sign of a healthy lawn. I’m actually in the process of converting my yard to clover since it's drought-resistant and great for pollinators. For now, I just pull out the dandelions by hand as they come up.

If you're just dealing with dandelions, I recommend using a grandpa's weeder to pull them out. If your lawn has more issues, you could spray and then reseed with clover in the fall.
