I'm looking for a sink that I can set up in my garage for emptying a de-humidifier. I want it to drain into the washing machine drain, but I don't need to hook it up to any water supply. I've seen a lot of sinks labeled as 'garage sinks' or 'laundry sinks,' but they usually come with faucets. Is there a specific type of sink without a faucet that I should be looking for? It feels wasteful to buy one just to not use the faucet.

If you're considering a basic setup, look for a utility basin. They’re usually inexpensive and can be fitted to drain into your washer without fussing over water supply lines. You might actually find it handy once you have it set up!
You might want to check out utility sinks or drain basins. These often don’t come with faucets and are designed for exactly what you’re doing—like those sinks in commercial spaces. You can find some online without faucets if you search for 'utility sink' or 'utility tub.'
Another option is to install a drain-only box and connect it to your washing machine. You can find modular options from brands like Oatey. This setup shouldn’t be too hard, especially if there’s minimal drywall to work with in your garage.
