Is it crazy to side my house right after having a baby?

I'm considering having my house sided, but I'm expecting a newborn soon. I was hoping to get the siding done before the baby arrives, but it seems like it might need to wait until after the birth. How long do you think I should wait to start this project, especially with a newborn in the house?

Your newborn will probably sleep through the noise, but you and your wife might struggle with the sleep deprivation from late-night feedings and cries. If you still want to do the project right after the baby is born, just be prepared for a bit of chaos. Depending on the size of your siding job, it can take a few weeks, and the last thing you'd want is the added stress on top of a new baby. Also, be aware that prices can fluctuate a lot, so waiting might cost you more in the long run. Just make sure to keep it light and gentle on yourselves during this time!

Makes sense! We have a lot going on with a newborn and a toddler. Sounds like a juggling act!
