What Fragrant Plants Should I Grow in My Multi-Story Planter?

I'm excited to share that I'll soon have a multi-story plant pot (assuming my Kickstarter order doesn't fall through), and I'm looking to fill it with some fragrant plants. My experience has mostly been with chillies, so I'd love to hear your suggestions on what fragrant plants would thrive in such a setup!

Honestly, I’d go with herbs like basil, cilantro, and dill! They smell amazing when you crush them, and they’re pretty low-maintenance. Just keep in mind their lighting needs; you might need some grow lights!

Yeah, just remember that watering could be tricky if you have different plant needs. That could lead to issues like overwatering one type while the others stay dry.

You might want to think about what type of fragrance you’re looking for—is it the leaves or the flowers? Either way, I can see a mix would be great!

Haha, why not both?! You can definitely mix them up since you have space for six plants!

You could even consider tomatoes! The smell of tomato leaves is surprisingly delightful.
