Hey everyone! I'm curious if anyone has used an M12 impact tool to remove mower blades for sharpening. Currently, I have a DeWalt 20V impact with a 3/8" socket adapter that gets the job done, but I'm thinking about switching to a Milwaukee one. Will the M12 be powerful enough for this task?

I’m a mechanic and just got the M12 stubby impact, and wow, it packs a punch! I still use bigger tools for some tasks, but this little guy has quickly become a favorite. If you get the 5.0 H.O. battery, it really boosts its power. I think it’ll serve you well for mowing blades!
Totally! The M12 stubby impact has around 550 ft-lbs of breakaway torque, which is more than sufficient for mower blades. I haven’t tried it myself yet since I’m still using my regular high-torque impact wrench, but I hear great things about it!
That's good to know! I was wondering if the battery would make a big difference. Sounds like I might need to grab one!
