I have a garden that's in a spot where the sun never directly hits the plants. Has anyone found effective ways to deal with this issue? What solutions have worked for you?

If relocating your garden isn't possible due to a solid wall, you might want to focus on plants that can flourish in the shade. Also, some plants can grow their leaves high enough to get some sunlight, so mixing heights could help!
You might want to look into full shade gardening. There are actually quite a few plants that thrive in those conditions! Just a heads up, using mirrors probably won't help much, so focus on the right plants instead.
If the sun only needs to hit one plant or part of your garden to make a difference, consider rearranging your layout. However, if it's feasible, moving the garden or removing whatever's blocking sunlight is definitely an option to think about.
