I just had a fencing job done, but the crew didn't take away the old concrete bases. I'm looking for the best method to remove these concrete bases myself. Any tips or tools that would make this easier?

Using a High Lift Tire Jack or a Ratcheting Off Road Utility Farm Jack can work really well for this! It might feel a bit awkward, but it's effective at pulling those concrete chunks out safely. Just be careful with the equipment and make sure you're handling it well since it can handle a lot of weight.
I found that a Mattock works great for breaking apart the concrete. The pick side does the job efficiently, and you might be surprised at how easily it breaks apart!
Do you think it will be simple to remove the metal post once the concrete is all broken up?

Yeah, if you dig around the post bases first, it can help a lot. That way you’re mostly lifting rather than trying to yank it out of the ground.
