Hey everyone! I'm having some trouble with my GoalZero Sherpa 100AC, which is less than a year old. I travel frequently and really rely on this product. Recently, I thought I had it plugged in properly and was charging my phone on the wireless charger, but it seems the USB-C cable wasn't fully connected. Now the Sherpa won't turn on at all, even after trying to charge it for hours with what I thought was a solid connection. Is there a way to reboot it or something I'm overlooking to get it working again? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First off, check if it’s still under warranty, as it typically comes with a 2-year coverage. If you can, I’d recommend going for a replacement. And just a heads up, if you’re using the Sherpa for travel, you might look into other brands like Iniu, which I've had great luck with—especially their 10k and 20k mAh power banks! They’re compact and really solid for travel.

Yeah, I've heard good things about Iniu too! They seem reliable. But I agree with you; the wireless charging feature of the Sherpa is a nice bonus that you'll miss with other brands.
