Hey everyone! I'm really new to this and could use your help. I recently got a 6-spout Servend drop-in soda fountain from a friend who used to have it in his restaurant. Now, I'm trying to set it up in my garage, but I'm totally lost! I have the machine and the BIB rack for the syrup boxes, but I can't find any information about how to connect it. Instead of a carbonation tank, it seems to have an electric pump and some sort of metal box with a gauge attached to it. If anyone could explain how this works or help me with the hookup process, I'd really appreciate it!

I'd recommend cleaning it regularly for sure! When I worked in a hotel restaurant, we had to twist off the caps on the dispensers every night to clean them. If you don’t keep up with it, they can get really gross inside. It's not just about setting it up; maintaining cleanliness is key if you want to enjoy your drinks!
