I've set up a Growatt SPH 10000TL3 BH-UP with four ARK batteries (10kWh) in an off-grid location. I want to know how to charge these batteries using a 10kW 3-phase generator during times of low sunlight. I've tried connecting the generator and enabling AC charging in the settings, but the batteries aren't charging. Any suggestions?

It seems that your inverter might not have an AC input for the generator. A good solution would be to get a different inverter that can accept AC input from the generator. Alternatively, you could get a standalone charger that works with your setup, which would give you more options for charging without impacting your current inverter.

I tried connecting my generator as "Grid" too, hoping it would charge from there. Also, I haven't found a standalone charger that definitely supports ARK batteries—does anyone have recommendations?
