I'm currently living in Asia and usually shop for electronic parts on Amazon and eBay in the US, but I'm having trouble finding a battery charger that supports a 220V AC input. Most OEM options I'm seeing only cater to 110V. I'm looking for suggestions on where to buy one online that meets my requirements, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you thought about using a step-down converter? It could be a more affordable solution and easier to find than a specific 220V battery charger.
I was in a similar situation and ended up just searching local Asian online stores. You might find some great local options that are not available on US sites!
I'd suggest checking out Amazon UK! They usually have more options since they operate at 230V, so you might find what you're looking for there.
