I've recently built a PC, which was a rewarding challenge, and now I'm looking to tackle a new project. Living in a compact 450 sq ft apartment, I've realized I need a kitchen table and some other basic furniture since I've been here for almost a year. Given my health situation after contracting Covid, I deal with fatigue and have to manage my physical activity to avoid crashing. I'm considering building some simple wood furniture, starting with a small kitchen table, maybe even a chair or a nightstand. I'm hoping to use electric and minimal tools, along with appropriate safety gear, to make this process manageable and enjoyable. Is this a feasible project for me? Any advice or suggestions would be really helpful!

For someone working in a small space, I think it might be more practical to consider pre-made furniture, like from Ikea. It's less labor-intensive and will save you a lot of hassle and energy, especially if you're keeping a close eye on your physical limits. It might not be as fulfilling as building it yourself, but it could prevent unnecessary stress.

That was my initial thought! I know it may not be as exciting, but it's definitely more budget-friendly.
