Hey everyone! I'm looking for some help with a deal I found on Lowe's website. They have this $299 offer for a battery and charger, and when I select my two free tools, they appear as $0 in my cart. I'm a bit perplexed because normally, both items show a discount at checkout. If I go through with this order, can I return the batteries and still keep the tools? Any insights you can share would be super helpful!

From what I've seen, Lowe's doesn't display the prorated return amounts on their website, so you have to check it through the Lowe's app. But if you order online, it should still allow you to return items in the same way as if you ordered in-store. Just keep in mind that you won't know the return amount beforehand if you only use the website.
I tried to order online, but running into issues with returning just one item. In-store, they let me return a single item without it being tied to the entire bundle, so if you're looking to return batteries, that might be the better route.
Just a heads up, the app seemed to be hit or miss for me recently. It worked for my friend in-store just a couple of hours ago; he returned the batteries after picking everything up. Just make sure to check in-store to be sure you're getting the deal right.
