I'm on the hunt for a tool that combines a car jump starter and an air pump, ideally one that can be powered by an M18 battery. I've done some searching, but I haven't found any official products or third-party options that fit this description. Does anyone know if such a tool exists?

Not a Milwaukee product, but NOCO has this combo of a jump starter and air pump. I haven’t tried it myself, but I've got other NOCO gear and they've always delivered quality products.
While I don’t think Milwaukee makes one, you can find tools that fit your needs. I have a compact jump starter that fits nicely in my saddlebag. It's really handy on the road!
So, I haven't seen a Milwaukee option, but you could try a third-party product. One popular option is the Stanley jump starter with a built-in compressor, which is well-reviewed and costs around $100. It's definitely cheaper than going for the M18 inflator, which can set you back about $160.
Milwaukee does have air pumps, but no jump starters yet. If you're looking for reliability, I'd recommend the DeWalt DXAEJ14. It's a solid jump starter that also has a decent air pump built in, and you can typically find it cheaper than the M18 inflator.
