Hey everyone,
I'm looking to kick off my woodworking journey as a fun hobby that might turn into a side hustle down the road. The issue is, I don't have access to local woodworking shops or meetups in my country. Is it really possible to learn woodworking effectively online? Any advice would be super helpful. Thanks a bunch!

You can definitely learn a lot online! YouTube, Reddit, and other resources are fantastic for picking up skills and techniques. Just remember, practice is key. Dive in and start making stuff!
There are tons of online resources to explore. I highly recommend checking out Matt Estlea’s tutorials; he’s super helpful. Just keep in mind that turning this into a side hustle can be trickier depending on what your local market is like and what you plan to sell.

Absolutely! Matt Estlea is fantastic, and for anyone into hand tools, Rob Crosman has great content too! If you're more into power tools, Steve Ramsey has some awesome beginner projects that you'll love. For a blend of both, Fine Woodworking and Johnathan Katz Moses are great places to start.
