If you're looking to cause serious chaos, you could swing a hammer at a toilet supply valve on the second floor and break it. Just exit the house after that - you'll create a waterfall!
Breaking a water line on the top floor is game over too. Just do it and leave for a weekend, and you'll come back to a mini flood.
