I recently moved into a condo and I'm planning to replace all three toilets because they're really frustrating me. The current toilets are Eljer models that have poor flushing power, often clog, and require multiple flushes for number two. I've been looking into having mid-range Kohler toilets installed by Home Depot, and the total cost, including installation, comes to about $1300. This price also includes removing the old toilets, which I think is a nice bonus. Has anyone had experience with Home Depot's toilet installation service? Is this a fair price?

From what you described, it sounds like you’re dealing with those first-gen low-flow toilets, which aren't great. Your quote breaks down to about $433 per toilet with installation, which seems reasonable. Just be aware that the quality of installation might vary with the contractors they use.
Costco has a great deal on the Toto Drake, though it's slightly modified for them. Toto toilets are known for their quality and powerful flushing. Pricing that with a local plumber might end up being very beneficial for you too. That $1300 for three toilets with installation includes haul away, which is a good deal if you’re willing to roll the dice on the contractor they send.
If you're looking for better quality toilets, consider Toto or American Standard. They’re known for being a good value and flushing well. Might be a great option to look into before making your final decision.
One thing to keep in mind is that Home Depot usually outsources their installation to contractors who might take the lowest bids. I’d suggest you also get quotes from some reputable local plumbers. It might be worth it to compare prices before making a decision.
$1300 for 3 toilets with installation sounds pretty fair to me! Just keep in mind that most handyman services typically charge between $100-$200 per toilet installed. I recommend checking out the Champion 4 model; it practically never clogs! They’re usually around $200 each.

Thanks for the heads up! I’ll definitely look for local plumbers as well. I really don’t want to deal with getting rid of the old toilets myself, haha.
