Help with a Non-Functioning DC Power Supply

I'm relatively new to working with electronics, and I'm having trouble with my DC power supply (BPS3010). Whenever I try to use it, the display shows 0 amps, no matter how much I adjust the voltage and current settings. The only time I see any indicators is when it blinks 'OCP' and shows a 'C.C' message when I set the current too low. What steps can I take to troubleshoot this issue?

Make sure you actually connect something to the output terminals. If there's no load, the power supply won't show any current. If you add a small load, like a low voltage light bulb or a resistor, you should see some amps register on the display.

Do you think using a light bulb would draw enough current, or should I just try a resistor first?
