I recently harvested 5 beans from my bush bean plant, which were just the right size about a week ago. Since then, I've noticed that it hasn't started producing any more flowers or beans. Could anyone explain what's going on or suggest what I might do to encourage more growth?

Have you checked the temperature at night? If it's dropping too low, that could slow down their growth. Nights around 10°C (50°F) aren't ideal for some beans. Keeping an eye on the temp might help!
Sometimes, bush beans will produce beans in two stages, and it might just be taking a little break. It's common for them to stop producing for a bit after the first flush. Just be patient, and it should pick up again!

Yeah, that's about the lowest I’ve seen recently. I'll have to keep an eye on the temp over the next few nights.
