I'm trying to decide between getting the M12 or the M18 Brad Nailer. Are there specific pros and cons for each? Does it make sense to spend an extra $100 on the M18 over the M12?

I really wanted to be sold on the M12 because it’s lightweight and compact, but if you're working with molding, the 1.5" nails just won’t cut it for a solid job.
The M12 only shoots 1.5" brads, so make sure those will meet your needs. If you're doing any heavier work, you might want to think about what you're nailing into. Also, don’t overlook Ryobi; their nailers work surprisingly well and cost less!
Totally agree! I’ve used the Ryobi Brad nailer, and for the price, it’s pretty solid.

I’ve been checking out Ridgid nailers since I already have two batteries for them. But honestly, sticking to Milwaukee is tempting because of their reputation.
