I'm dealing with a pesky raccoon problem in my garden and need your help! What are some effective methods for preventing these little bandits from digging up my freshly planted flowers and vegetables?

A motion-activated sprinkler could be your best bet! It sprays water when it detects movement, which can really surprise those raccoons and keep them at bay. Plus, your plants will get a little extra watering too!

I had a similar issue and built a sturdy barrier. I used regular fencing combined with rabbit fencing and some wire mesh. I secured the mesh to logs instead of T-posts, which really made it hard for raccoons to climb in. Three years without veggie theft so far!

That sounds clever! I might try using logs too; I never thought about that.
