I just finished grouting my mosaic tile project and realized one sheet is slightly grayer than the tiles around it. It's really bugging me, but I love how everything looks overall. Should I go ahead and tear out that mismatched sheet? What problems might I run into if I do?

It sounds like you'll get used to it! I've had projects where things weren’t perfect, but now I hardly think about them. You can always redo it tomorrow if it really starts to annoy you, but I doubt it will matter in the long run. Focus on enjoying your space!
Honestly, I think you should just enjoy your new floor as it is! Most people won't even notice that little difference. Plus, trying to replace it could just break nearby tiles and cause you more headaches later. It's usually not worth the trouble!
