Can I Use Miracle-Gro Garden Soil with Mushroom Compost for My Raised Beds?

I'm just starting out as a gardener and I've got a variety of plants and veggies growing. I noticed that Miracle-Gro garden soil is on sale at Sam's Club, and I'm considering stocking up. I want to know if I can mix it with mushroom compost to create a decent potting mix for my raised beds and containers. Would this combination work well?

Just a heads up, Miracle-Gro garden soil can be dense. If you use it in raised beds, consider mixing in some drainage rock to prevent clumping. It’s inexpensive—about $5 a bag at Lowe's—and really helps with soil aeration.

Would Lowe’s brand Sta-Green Moisture Max work well for my container gardening then?

I've been using Miracle-Gro garden soil in my raised beds for herbs, and it works great! Just make sure to keep an eye on how your plants are doing, especially if they need more drainage.
