How Can I Fix Water Ponding in My Garage?

Asked By GarageGuru88 On

Hey everyone! I'm dealing with a frustrating water issue where there's about an inch of water collecting inside my garage. The problem seems to be that the garage door is located at the lowest point on the property, so all the water flows there, especially from the side downspout. I'm looking for suggestions on how to address this problem. If anyone has faced a similar situation, I'd love to hear how you fixed it!

Given that your garage is the lowest point and you have a septic system with no storm drain nearby, you might be facing a tougher situation. A sump pump could be a solution to move the water to a higher point on your property. It’s definitely worth looking into!

Yeah, if there's no way to drain it into the sewer, a sump pump seems like the best option to get that water outta there!
