I'm looking for honest feedback on upgrading my tool storage situation. I've been considering the Tough System 2.0 but I've seen quite a few people recommending the Packout system instead. Has anyone had experiences with either of these tool storage systems? What's your go-to choice for organizing tools?

I own both systems. While I think Packout is definitely more advanced, I got my Tough System for about 40% less. It works just fine for me—just remember, with Milwaukee, you're often paying a premium just for the brand.
Is this for trades or home use? The Milwaukee Packout has a lot of features, but you pay for it. The Tough System is more rugged and budget-friendly. Since I retired, I've switched to Skil systems—they're quite affordable and do the job without fuss.
I have the Tough System's rolling box with a set of double drawers and a triple drawer, and it's been great for me. The drawers really help keep everything organized. I’ve also heard good things about Toughbuilt’s new system—it looks pretty cool too!
It really depends on your usage. If you’re using these in a pickup where they might get rained on, I'd recommend avoiding drawers. But if you work in a garage or van, drawers are super handy. The DeWalt 2.0 boxes are solid and durable!
I can't speak on the Packout since I don't have experience with it, but the Tough System 2.0 has worked well for me. Honestly, I think a lot of us tend to overthink these choices. I debated a lot before settling on DeWalt, but I have no complaints now!
