Hey everyone! I recently bought a cement garden bench and I'm trying to figure out how to lift it into my pickup truck. The seat slab seems manageable to lift, but I'm worried about getting the bench bases up high enough to fit on the lift. I have no clue how much it weighs, but the bench measures 46 inches wide and 19 inches deep and tall. Will the lift I have work for this?

By the way, how did you even get it into the bed of your truck initially?
It might be a good idea to build a pallet that fits the bench bases. You can lay the base on its side on top of the pallet, and if you're careful, you might be able to push it on and off for loading and unloading. Just makes it easier to maneuver!
Good point! Just make sure the pallet is sturdy enough to handle the weight when you’re moving it around.
You could also try using a ratchet strap to secure the bench while it's on the lift. It’ll help stabilize it and make the lift a bit easier. Just remember to be safe while lifting such heavy stuff!

It didn’t go into the truck, actually! I just bought it at an estate sale and need to pick it up now.
