Can I Buy a Flowering Wisteria Plant?

Hey everyone! I'm really interested in getting a wisteria plant because I absolutely love them. However, I've come across information suggesting that they can take several years to start flowering. If I decide to purchase a larger, more expensive plant, will it still take years to bloom? Is it possible to buy one that is already flowering or that will definitely flower next year? I'm willing to spend a few hundred dollars if it means I can enjoy the flowers soon, but ideally, I'd like to keep it under £100. I've checked various product descriptions online, but they haven't been very helpful. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I bought a wisteria from B&M for about £15 and it flowered in its second year! They don’t need to be huge to bloom—mine is only about 1 meter tall. So there's definitely a chance you could get one that flowers soon!

Thank you! ? I've read it can take up to 7 years! I knew Reddit could help me out.
