Hi there! My husband has recently developed a passion for gardening, and I'm planning to surprise him with a good pair of gardening gloves. He's going to be using them for weeding and planting, so I would love any suggestions you have. Thanks in advance!

I can't stress enough how helpful long-armed gloves are! Before I got mine, I lost count of how many times thorns and nettles managed to poke me in the arms when I thought I was safe. They’re definitely worth considering! Here’s a pair I found that are reasonably priced. Just a tip—definitely check around for the best deals!
I've tried quite a few gardening gloves, and my top pick is definitely the Stanley Razor gloves. They're super lightweight and flexible, making them perfect for weeding. They also have a low penetration rating, which means they're resistant to nettles and sharp objects, so you can handle rose thorns pretty safely as long as you're careful!
You might also want to check out Donkey gloves! They've gotten great reviews from places like the Telegraph and are pretty affordable. A lot of folks seem to love them!
