Hey everyone! I'm working on building a cabinet and I need to make some 45-degree beveled cross cuts on a board that measures about 32 inches long and 11 inches wide. Normally, I use a sled for crosscuts, but I haven't tackled beveled cuts before. I've got a Bosch jobsite table saw which I believe will give me greater consistency for these cuts. I'm looking to make four of these cuts all the same length. Any tips on how to approach this? I also have a circular saw that can do bevels, but I think the table saw might be the better option for accuracy. Thanks in advance!

I recommend sticking with the table saw for these cuts. You can set up a jig or sled to ensure that your cuts are accurate and clean. A sled gives you more control, especially for bevel cuts, plus it'll help with repeatability since you need to cut the same length four times. Just make sure to double-check your angles before you start cutting!

Thanks for the advice! I've never made a jig before. Any tips on what features I should include in the sled?
