I recently found out my termite control guy wants to take back the bait traps he installed because I decided not to renew my service with him. I don't have any termite issues right now, and I figured I could just refill the traps myself cheaper. He charged me $1,000 to install them, so I'm wondering if he has the right to take them back or if they should be mine since I paid for the installation. Any thoughts on this?
