Has anybody here tried the Milwaukee socket sets, including their impact versions? I'm considering making the switch from Husky but don't really want to break the bank like I would with Snap-On. I'm curious about quality, durability, and overall performance.

Warranty is super important when choosing tools. I lean towards Tekton because they have a decent warranty without too much hassle. Husky can be hit or miss based on store staff, so keep that in mind.
If you're open to used tools, you can find Snap-On ratchets on eBay for about half the MSRP. It's a good way to save some cash while still getting high-quality tools.
I absolutely love the Milwaukee impact pack out socket sets. They've performed really well for me, especially under tough conditions. If you're into impacts, these are definitely worth considering!
I would recommend checking out Tekton too; their quality is solid! If you're after a Snap-On style without the price, the Icon line from Harbor Freight is also pretty impressive.
I've got both Milwaukee and Tekton sets, and I'd say go for Tekton. They’ve been great for me, although I’ve had a square socket from Milwaukee come in handy when I couldn't fit a regular ratchet on a bolt. Just something to think about!
Good point! Sometimes those unique designs really save the day.

Thanks for the input! Glad to hear they're holding up well. What specific features do you like the most?
