Hey everyone! I'm curious about a current sale on a tool. Has anyone noticed if it ever goes below $99.56? Would love to know if it's worth jumping on now or if I should hold out for a better price.

I've got it, and it's super handy for various tasks. I just used it last week for cutting 2x beams while framing a ceiling. It barely fits, so just be mindful if your lumber is oddly shaped since you might need to flip it. On the plus side, the dust collection is pretty solid if you use it right.
Honestly, I wish it came with a 5 3/8” blade. The current one is only okay for 2x, especially if it’s warped. I saw this saw for $129 CAD ($91 USD) recently, but prices are up right now. Just a heads-up, tariffs on Chinese goods (like a lot of Dewalt tools) could be impacting US prices, so keep an eye out.
I'm feeling torn about keeping the 4 1/2” since it seems like a nice lightweight option when I don't need my bigger saw. Have you noticed any price jumps due to the tariffs? I heard it might take some time before we see those changes.
From what I know, it has only dipped below that price once, and that was over 3 years ago. So, I'm not too optimistic about it going lower unless it gets discontinued and hits clearance.
Thanks for the insight! Do you own this tool? I'm really interested in what your thoughts are on it as I just placed my order.

I actually own the 6 1/2” version, which is way bulkier. Do you think keeping the 4 1/2” model would be pointless for me?
