Hey everyone! I'm just getting started in woodworking and I have very limited tools at the moment—only a hammer, a drill, a few hole bits, and an electric saw. I'm looking for some beginner project ideas that won't break the bank. Any recommendations?

You should definitely check out Steve Ramsey's YouTube channel, Woodworking for Mere Mortals. He has some amazing beginner-friendly projects that you can easily tackle with your basic tools. Plus, his style is super approachable!
A mallet is a great first project! It's simple to make and you'll find yourself using it all the time once you start woodworking.

Totally agree! Steve's projects really helped me when I was starting out. I even modified one of his workbench designs for my own use!
