I'm working on a story and need some inspiration for symbolism. I'm curious if anyone can suggest two different plants that cannot live without one another. Any ideas would be super helpful!

You might find mycelium and trees interesting. Fungi like mycelium form networks with tree roots, allowing them to share nutrients. It's a pretty cool symbiosis, and it definitely represents interconnectedness and reliance!

That's a great one! Plus, it shows how they help each other out in the ecosystem. Perfect for symbolism!

Have you considered lichens? They are fascinating because they are made up of fungi and algae that exist in a symbiotic relationship, completely depending on each other. It's a brilliant example for symbolism in your story!
