How to Fix a Persistently Squeaky Door Hinge?

I've been pretty good at stopping squeaks on door hinges, but this one just won't quit! I've tried spraying white lithium grease on it from both sides, then switched to silicone lube, and even removed the pin to apply more lube directly inside. Despite all that, the squeaking persists, especially when the door is nearly closed. Is there something I'm missing, or could it be a different issue?

Sounds like you might be facing a wood on wood issue, especially if the squeak happens right before the door closes. Sometimes, the door can rub against the frame or doorstop, creating those annoying sounds. You might want to check if there's tightness in that area, and if so, consider adjusting the hinge or the door alignment to fix it.

Replacing the hinge could be a solid solution if lubrication isn't working for this squeaky door. Sometimes, the hinge itself might just be worn out, and a fresh one could stop that noise for good.
